Construction of the CATC Sports Complex and Learning Center for the Civil Aviation Institute of Thailand. This multi-functional facility provides world-class sports and recreation facilities for CATC staff, students, and aviation personnel, combined with modern learning and meeting spaces.
The sports complex features an indoor sports hall for multiple disciplines, fitness facilities, outdoor courts, and supporting amenities. The learning center component includes modern classrooms, seminar rooms, and technology-equipped meeting facilities. This project was delivered alongside the larger Aviation Personnel Development Center contract, demonstrating BPA's capacity for concurrent project management.
