Comprehensive system renovation of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) headquarters building in Bangkok. This large-scale renovation project involved the complete overhaul and modernization of all building systems while TAT staff continued to operate from the building — presenting significant logistical challenges.
The project scope included upgrading electrical systems, air conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, security and access control, IT and communications infrastructure, and interior refurbishment.
