Construction of the Kittiyakarn Building at Thammasat University's Rangsit Center — a modern multi-purpose academic and administrative facility. This project is part of BPA's long-standing collaboration with Thammasat University, representing decades of trusted partnership in the development of the Rangsit Campus.
The building features contemporary architectural design, efficient spatial planning for academic use, and comprehensive building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT infrastructure. BPA also executed a separate interior renovation contract (48 million Baht) for the residential area of the same building.
